Architect Harald Schreiber blended warm colours with clean lines and glass walls in designing the Arcotel Velvet Berlin hotel, which opened in 2004.Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the Lutter and Wegner restaurant fuses German and Austrian cuisine.
